Erasing all data and deleting/reinstalling the app didn’t change anything either.*********** 1/20/2016: Can’t connect to Facebook anymore. Tried logging in and out of app, and also Facebook, restarted phone multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app as a last resort, but nothing is working to connect it to Facebook. I was well over level 1300, but now that I cannot connect to link my account, I’ve lost all progress. This sucks.

Said a piggy bank cost 30 bars but when I selected that option it said I needed to pay £2.99? Why is that? And it’s very annoying not being able use the colour bombs as they go off when you don’t want them too! Please explained the piggy bank? Why do I need to pay for it when I didn’t ask for it. And the number of moves on the hard levels have dropped to the point I don’t want to play anymore as it’s boring and annoying and what is the point in that ay?! Please fix or I shall do what I did for a number of years and not bother playing.

Its also caused me to lose boosters and it will not stay connected to Facebook. I hope these issues get corrected. Ive tried all options on ny end without success.

Poor design of level select buttons doesn’t respond well to touch, requiring one to push a # of times before level is selected. 3. There should be shortcuts to earlier levels for those of us who want to revisit them to get more stars/better scores. Becoming increasingly necessary as the total # of levels is approaching 3000.

I just wish the game didn’t work so hard against you to keep you from winning when you get to the higher levels. The rewards and benefits should increase along with the difficulty but sadly they decrease. Oh well, I still love it and play everyday.

Needless to say I was on level 176 and now have nothing. It froze once onv a while and my phone would freeze up, but it was nothing that wasn’t manageable. I message customer service twice and they tell me to watch YouTube videos and go to the customer care message board. Which I did and that did nothing for me. Awesome!! Only problem: if you’re earning golden bars through levels why should you pay for a piggy bank?? Solution: only make gold bars available in special events but if they earn it they should get to keep it for free.
I am playing this game from a long time. This is really very addictive. But I have a complaint. In the new updated versions of this game, I am not able to zoom the areas of the fields or land in the game. It was a fun to see the fieldin zoom as the graphics are very beautiful and it makes the game more interesting.
