Good game, addictive too. But i’ve found (maybe) some game bugs in my phone(xiaomi redmi4a prime), game crash when I use rare or higher units and when I touch the back button after check the units stats. And sometimes I can’t log in, stuck on connecting screen. Please fix this and keep it up, Gumi!

Adam Morrow October 25, 2017 I really liked this game. Unfortunately I experienced an issue in my game. I was in the tournament and a message popped up. Without reading it, I clicked OK. The game closes and when I re enter, all data is gone and I can’t get it back. If someone in the Gumi knows how to restore this data, I will be very grateful. I actually enjoy this game a lot and I don’t want to uninstall it. (Review on a Galaxy Tab III).

Not because I’m unhappy with the app. I have a muchbetter understanding of this game now. It was very confusing when I first installed it. So I made a lot of mistakes selling units and not keeping important items and not focusing on character levels.which regret now that I understand the game. Game glitches freezes and needs restarted ALOT.

Bugs and issues are to be expected, nothing is perfect, the Dev team sure knows how to fix issues and often even compensate players with gems and items as well. Continue the good work guys!

It would go to the “Touch to start” screen, I would tap, it says “loading” for a second, then it doesn’t do anything and I can’t click support or Wikia. Please fix this, I lost my max daily bonus and the 4th anniversary login benefits. This is very inconvenient, please fix this.

Either refund my money or give me back my account data. Had too many strong and rare units to want to start this over. Including Lancelot.
Blake Moore October 23, 2017 Its a very neat game and quite fun.However, I’ve repeatedly “lost gems”. It’ll show that I have 5 gems, yet when I go to summon my 5th gem has vanished and I have 4 gems. This game only lets you summon anything grudgingly, stealing the gems they rewarded for completing quests and missions right before you can hit the summon button. other than that its a lot of fun.

UnknownOctober 24, 2017 The game is pretty good. You give opportunities for people who don’t play games to get strong at a decent rate. The story is a good tutorial for people to get used to the game. To do vortex battles is very hard not because of the game play but because you cannot click on the different scenarios to do different missions. When you try to click on one you go to the same missions all the time unless you get lucky and are able to try different quests. Other than that I’ve seen no problems that would cause people to get irritated with the game. Sometimes your gems will not show up when you recieve them, but if you completely exit out of the game and start the game back up, the gems will show up. (Mentioned for people that freak out about their gems) Anything other than that is common knowledge about the game. Pay attention to the game and it will tell you how to advance easier. For instance; when you do a quest, in a mission of vortex, the quest at the bottom of the list are the easiest. If the vortex situation can be fixed would be much appreciated. Good luck everyone!!!

Darrell Washington October 23, 2017 Okay usually I’m in love with this game but I seem to be having a lot more problems since the update the game randomly closes, I can’t synthesize any items, my units aren’t showing the types, when I’m fusing imps and sphere frogs etc etc when I reach the units cap off point the fusing units don’t go black so I don’t over fuse I also don’t see why the spheres don’t stack like the rest of the items do if there’s multiples of it
