I Liked this game so much before. But somehow I stopped playing it for quite sometime now. When I tried to get in the game again after a long time, I can still log in to my old account but, my characters are gone please help I want to play the game again and get my old characters back. I’ve already invested a lot of time, money and effort on that. Please fix. Until then, I will rate you 1 star.

Aleady send many mail requesting for assitance, after many month no response, very disappointted. I recall once i lose my pass word within 24 hour i retrieved it, i praised the team for the assitance. But now don even response, i played coming to 2 year and invested a lot of money and now i unable to login. Hope someone can help.

COOL CANADIAN August 22, 2017 It’s a great game but I’d say you have to pay some money to play. The best thing for noobs to buy after they find the class they like and want to stick with are backpack expansions since then you can carry more items. Otherwise the graphics are very nice and game play is simple.

And though I still have fun, it’s a real farm, and becoming a real problem. Great quality game, but the community is dying and it takes far too long to do anything of importance in game. Master Retsam September 4, 2017 The best mobile game of its genre. Been playing from 2011 and am in level 220s. Great graphics and gameplay. Interesting storyline and heaps of quests to keep us fighting on. Gold is scarce and enemies are fierce. That’s just how we like it.

There maybe few bugs but they’re just common things in games. Things maybe expensive & platinum may impossible to get, but keep in mind that this is a “free to play game”. Besides, if cool things are cheap & easy to get in the game, there might be no significant differences between old & new players and it will be less fun.

Spending time and money on upgrading a character and then being unable to play after a break is very disappointing. I have mailed OTM and yet to recieve a reply. Sam Robinson September 23, 2017 The only problem I see for me personally, is when I’m doing the side quests the arrow never changes from the main quest, I have to figure out where to go to do the side quests. It would help if you push the quest button and any quest you pick the arrow would change to that quest. Otherwise great game keep up the great work

I see other classes kill what took me another 20 levels!!!! Also the stupid bounty is only giving me two options of foes of which I can’t beat!! Same with the only mission that will give me decent experience!! Game sucks now. Another thing, I did an offer for 400 free Platinum for a game and reached the correct level on the other game and guess what…. Didn’t receive my Platinum. Don’t waste your time people. This game sucks

But now I have a new phone again and can’t log in and I really don’t want to start over a third time. Ya’ll need to sync with playstore so people can easily get there accounts back. Or make it a way to cross over. Bc I’ve put a lot into this game and would it suck to give up on a great game for something so little. Phil sparks September 12, 2017 Its somewhat fun to lvl 170 but after that…its seriously boring because you have to buy all your jewelry from lux vendor, which results in buying platinum….from real cash or you cannot compete. There are no mob drops of magic items or jewelry really…and the few that do drop are god awful. Buying everything from armor to jewelry with real cash invested into platinum, is the only way to compete with others in game. I have a lvl 170 but quitting because the next area is completely awful….and I’m to the point where I do not want to invest anymore cash. Already invested about 100 dollars to get potions because the mobs only drop 50-100 gold and you need 5k for one potion, 450k for a good offhand dagger. To get the dagger, you need to kill around 5,000 mobs at your lvl if they drop 100 gold and most only drop 60-70 gold at lvl 170. So that’s more like 7,000 to 8,000 mobs to just have 500k to buy dagger. Its a money based game that the great players aren’t gamers but willing to invest plenty of money.

Eric Jansen September 26, 2017 i love this game i play daily..but this company supports bots and hacking if your just starting out you’ll never stand a chance unless you wanna spend $100s of dollars..players and i have sent you many emails and screenshots repeatedly and repeatedly over months….but get ignored….these devs are incompetent to get the hacker bots banned and players know it ..theres bots everywhere ….like i said there’s better games out there.(.villagers and heros..order and chaos 2… adventure quest 3d..all mmorpg games try these there fun games on play store ) and they care about there players and dont let bots rune there game

The game has to be fun and enjoyable not mental stress.. most of us play to acheive aomething and fill gaps innour real life in online games. The response time in ur game support is the pathetic one. It takes weeks and months for a reply. Further.. i was banned because i was trying to sell the toon but no one asked why.. i m surprised to see tbatvthe company is one sided on decisions .. why i tried to do what i tried was a question. U hqve keywords to trace people like me.. what about others.. i will request google and i phone to to olace a more comprehensive terms in future. A one line statemnet does not cober the fact.. the biggest game company world of warcraft is openfor sale items and character yet they have the bigggest player base.. learn fromnthem is a thing i would request to google.One sided decision based on keyqords iw bad practice. UnknownOctober 18, 2017 Switch map and crash, switch toons and crash switch accounts and crash again. Talk to npc and crash!!! It crashes so bad that it even changes my tablets wallpaper to the default one when i switched it on for the 1st time.Playing on Android 6 and Ipad ios 10. Crashes are worst on the AndroidIm a new player havent even been playing a week and all it does is crash! Not very impressed at the moment.The auto attack and skill attacks are clunky with huge delays and cool downs and if you dont buy plat with real money (premium currency) you cant fast travel since your allowance is 10 items in your inventory or you need to buy a stone to by pass that for one teleport only, no plat means you are stuck with only 8 hotbar slots which cant even host all of your skills so need to spend real money to buy platinum so you can buy more skill slots.Health and energy, especially energy potions is nearly non existent in the game and needs to be bought with platinum which in turn requires real money purchases.Basically to enjoy the samethings that comes standard with every other single game you need to buy in this game with real money or you wont get anywhere.And the free in game platinum offers dont work at all and all support will tell you is to contact the people that hosts the offers directly as they dont get involved. Not a very good point for devs if they allow scam offers to be run in their game and def not a good selling point to attract new people either!

UnknownOctober 8, 2017 it’s fun for the first 100 levels. then you need to farm frozen armor and compete against every other player in the game to fight over bosses.killing a boss several times a day it takes several hours a day for a CHANCE to get a single piece of armor. you need 50 pieces. the armor takes a year to complete.after that you get to fight harder bosses to get armor drops, which requires you to level and have the armor you’re trying to fight bosses to get. unless you have max level players who have best gear, you won’t be able to lock the boss to get drops.takes years to finish the armor because high level players are stronger so steal the bosses from players at boss level who need drops.to get lux you need millions of gold which requires you cheat and steal from other players or spend real money to buy chests to sell for gold.it takes years for new players to farm millions of gold without spending dollars or already having items worth millions to sell for gold.when you spend $2000 in game and buy elixir to level (its impossible to level reasonably without elixir) and spend 40 hours a week waiting for bosses and fighting players to get boss drops, you find the game doesn’t add new levels or bosses so you are playing a game that is 3 years old and stale.Then you get bored and quit!

The planinum is to hard to get its like a teaser and some things take to long to spawn and there should be and offline mode so you can play offline and go to menu when you want to change to online mode the hot fix release made it so I can’t log on it freezes in a black screen

After nany month, I requested for retreived of my pass word as I unable to login. And my mistake l lose my pass word. Just received a mail saying cannot find account, with all information and plat purchase reciept. So i goi g to lose my account after soending money and time invested with all EDL gear. Now i am force to stop playing, hope someone can help. So sad
Hey I’ve had this game for awhile, like a couple years. Then I got a new phone and lost everything. But I didn’t mind starting over so I created another account. But now I have a new phone again and can’t log in and I really don’t want to start over a third time. Ya’ll need to sync with playstore so people can easily get there accounts back. Or make it a way to cross over. Bc I’ve put a lot into this game and would it suck to give up on a great game for something so little. Please Fix.Update, I finally remembered all my info but guess what. Whenever I try to get my old account back it says server error, and forces me to start over. Deleting game until y’all fix this problem. And I want everything back I put into this game.
Its somewhat fun to lvl 170 but after that…its seriously boring because you have to buy all your jewelry from lux vendor, which results in buying platinum….from real cash or you cannot compete. There are no mob drops of magic items or jewelry really…and the few that do drop are god awful. Buying everything from armor to jewelry with real cash invested into platinum, is the only way to compete with others in game. I have a lvl 170 but quitting because the next area is completely awful….and I’m to the point where I do not want to invest anymore cash. Already invested about 100 dollars to get potions because the mobs only drop 50-100 gold and you need 5k for one potion, 450k for a good offhand dagger. To get the dagger, you need to kill around 5,000 mobs at your lvl if they drop 100 gold and most only drop 60-70 gold at lvl 170. So that’s more like 7,000 to 8,000 mobs to just have 500k to buy dagger. Its a money based game that the great players aren’t gamers but willing to invest plenty of money.
i love this game i play daily..but this company supports bots and hacking if your just starting out you’ll never stand a chance unless you wanna spend $100s of dollars..players and i have sent you many emails and screenshots repeatedly and repeatedly over months….but get ignored….these devs are incompetent to get the hacker bots banned and players know it ..theres bots everywhere ….like i said there’s better games out there.(.villagers and heros..order and chaos 2… adventure quest 3d..all mmorpg games try these there fun games on play store ) and they care about there players and dont let bots rune there game

With this new update I have ran into the issue of not being able to sign back into my account as it tells me I need to change my username however it will not allow me to do so I have also emailed onethumbmobile multiple times and have not received any reply on the matter I have payed real money on this game only to receive poor customer service
everythigs good! excepted this. always have a chat bug or when i dont i have soft keys hiding the mobs health bar… would there be something to fix that?
As per the Eula agreement i was banned. My question on the harasment that happens in game? The game has to be fun and enjoyable not mental stress.. most of us play to acheive aomething and fill gaps innour real life in online games. The response time in ur game support is the pathetic one. It takes weeks and months for a reply. Further.. i was banned because i was trying to sell the toon but no one asked why.. i m surprised to see tbatvthe company is one sided on decisions .. why i tried to do what i tried was a question. U hqve keywords to trace people like me.. what about others.. i will request google and i phone to to olace a more comprehensive terms in future. A one line statemnet does not cober the fact.. the biggest game company world of warcraft is openfor sale items and character yet they have the bigggest player base.. learn fromnthem is a thing i would request to google.One sided decision based on keyqords iw bad practice. Improve and learn.
Switch map and crash, switch toons and crash switch accounts and crash again. Talk to npc and crash!!! It crashes so bad that it even changes my tablets wallpaper to the default one when i switched it on for the 1st time.Playing on Android 6 and Ipad ios 10. Crashes are worst on the AndroidIm a new player havent even been playing a week and all it does is crash! Not very impressed at the moment.The auto attack and skill attacks are clunky with huge delays and cool downs and if you dont buy plat with real money (premium currency) you cant fast travel since your allowance is 10 items in your inventory or you need to buy a stone to by pass that for one teleport only, no plat means you are stuck with only 8 hotbar slots which cant even host all of your skills so need to spend real money to buy platinum so you can buy more skill slots.Health and energy, especially energy potions is nearly non existent in the game and needs to be bought with platinum which in turn requires real money purchases.Basically to enjoy the samethings that comes standard with every other single game you need to buy in this game with real money or you wont get anywhere.And the free in game platinum offers dont work at all and all support will tell you is to contact the people that hosts the offers directly as they dont get involved. Not a very good point for devs if they allow scam offers to be run in their game and def not a good selling point to attract new people either!

I played for a long time. Then, all of the sudden, they made me choose a different username because someone else wanted it. THEN, all of the sudden my account was reset.
it’s fun for the first 100 levels. then you need to farm frozen armor and compete against every other player in the game to fight over bosses.killing a boss several times a day it takes several hours a day for a CHANCE to get a single piece of armor. you need 50 pieces. the armor takes a year to complete.after that you get to fight harder bosses to get armor drops, which requires you to level and have the armor you’re trying to fight bosses to get. unless you have max level players who have best gear, you won’t be able to lock the boss to get drops.takes years to finish the armor because high level players are stronger so steal the bosses from players at boss level who need drops.to get lux you need millions of gold which requires you cheat and steal from other players or spend real money to buy chests to sell for gold.it takes years for new players to farm millions of gold without spending dollars or already having items worth millions to sell for gold.when you spend $2000 in game and buy elixir to level (its impossible to level reasonably without elixir) and spend 40 hours a week waiting for bosses and fighting players to get boss drops, you find the game doesn’t add new levels or bosses so you are playing a game that is 3 years old and stale.Then you get bored and quit!

One thumb mobile only helps the top guilds hoard more stuff they dont care about other players and that is why this game is dying
I’m glad to see it not only back to manageable download size but graphically upgraded , all this game needs is charaters that can move between the severs and it’ll be perfect
By far the best MMORPG. Never get bored and there are so many great features about this game.
It a great way to talk to friend and make new friends while gaming in a old school type mmorpg.
