How To Reset Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus Hard, Factory and Remotely Reset

  • Open Find My Mobile and then sign in with your Samsung Account ID and password.
  • Choose the Galaxy S10 Plus from the menu on the left.
  • Select the ‘Erase Deviceʼ option from below the device information.
  • Choose the ‘Eraseʼ button on the popup.
  • Enter your Samsung Account password to confirm and send the task to your phone.

Factory reset Samsung S10 Plus via Settings

  • Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
  • Tap the ‘Settingsʼ icon.
  • Touch ‘General managementʼ.
  • Tap ˊResetˋ.
  • Touch “Factory data reset”.
  • Tap ‘RESETʼ.
  • Touch ‘DELETE ALLʼ. Wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your Galaxy S10 Plus and prepare it for use.

  • Head into your ˊSettingsˋ and scroll down the page to ˊGeneral managementˋ.
  • Tap on ‘Resetʼ.
  • Press ˊFactory data resetˋ.
  • Scroll down the page and select “Reset”.
  • This is the final step, so be sure that you want to go through with it. If you are, then tap ˊDELETE ALLˋ.
  • After the reset, the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus will reboot to the initial setup screen.
